ANTOCYAME

Muriel Zoldan, a passionate winemaker and trained oenologist, has long been a believer in "healthy" wines. She decided to take over this estate, which was already organically farmed, in 2017. Several grape varieties are grown in a single block on clay-limestone hillsides: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, Abouriou, Syrah for the reds, then Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscat for the whites; natural vinification with indigenous yeasts: all for juicy and lively cuvées!
