Antoine Delaunay, a young 36-year-old winemaker, is a local returning to the family estate in 2015 with his diplomas in hand. The conversion to organic farming had begun in 2011 with his father Philippe. They then stopped selling their grapes to négociants and consolidated their plots to create the company Delaunay Vignerons. Today, the 28 hectares are meticulously cared for, the grapes are vinified naturally, and long lees aging is adopted for several cuvées! Great work!
