APATIA
Domaine Apatia, located in the Irouléguy appellation area, is a family estate established in 2001. In 2018, they made a significant change by ending their collaboration with the cooperative winery and, as a result, bottled their first vintage made from their own grapes on the estate. The vineyards are managed by Maialena, a vibrant young woman full of ideas, producing wines that reflect the expression of southern grape varieties grown on high-altitude sandstone soils. The estate is managed in a completely artisanal and natural way; the cultivated grape varieties are endemic.
