Michel Bedouet, now supported by his son Antonin in the vineyard, bought back his father's family vineyards in 1990. In 2010, he finally began organic farming in his vineyards, an idea that had been brewing in his mind for some time. But morally, it was not an easy journey, as he explained to us. He unfortunately faced criticism from some neighbors for taking a different farming approach, even closing the door to certain trade deals. Today, however, he speaks of this decision as one of the best. With this stance, he rediscovered the winegrower's profession, observation, and common sense. He also believes that his wines have increasingly expressed the terroir better and better with new aromatics and deeper minerality. Soil work in the vineyard is rigorously carried out by Antonin; in the cellar, indigenous yeasts are used, with no additives other than small doses of sulfites.
