Here is the latest brewery in the Pau region! Established since early 2022 in Lons, Vincent Delcourt is setting the bar high with his exotic-flavored beers. A very nice range including a Pale Ale, an IPA, a White IPA with grapefruit zest... and an Oatmeal Stout. Since we are in the Jurançon terroir, a nod to the Appellation with a beer brewed with organic Manseng pomace during the harvest period, which we absolutely loved! Upcoming limited editions include a DDH, a sour, and... a beer inspired by the Brewery's name... with ashes.
It's also worth noting that he is a committed brewer; he is part of the "Reverredire" network – bottles are returnable! You can return them at several collection points throughout France and at the Cave du palais. We hope that one day, we will be like the Netherlands or Germany.
