CANTALAUZE
Cantalauze is a place where stories converge. First, the ancient story of the Gaillac vineyard, with its cultural richness, its palette of native grape varieties, and the diversity of its winemaking methods. Then there's the story of the hamlet of Lintin, an outpost of a Templar commandery in the Middle Ages, a tiny hilltop bastide with its fortified church. Finally, there's the more recent story of the previous generation, Guy and Brigitte Laurent - Pierre-Olivier's parents - who began genuine pioneering work here by cultivating and making wine organically, with the Nature et Progrès label, as soon as they settled in 1982.
