CHATEAU DE GAURE

Since 2005, the Fabre family has become part of the long history of Château de Gaure. Rooted in the Languedoc, Pierre , and perhaps later Arnaud or Matisse, have made, or will make, their lives there, captivated by the history and magic of the place. They have embraced and established biodynamic practices throughout the estate. Originally, the château was a Roman villa, and on the plateau, a promontory known as "la Lagaste" was once a Roman oppidum in the 1st century.
