CHÂTEAU LES ORMES SORBET
Château "les Ormes Sorbet" is a family-owned wine estate located in the heart of the Médoc appellation in the village of Couquèques. It has belonged to the Boivert family since 1764. Near the Gironde estuary, the various plots of the château are situated on the famous Eocene limestone dome, geologically designated as "Couquèques limestone."
Traditional methods are used, and Cabernet Sauvignon is predominantly cultivated here, which is a priority. Its blending with Merlot and Petit Verdot offers beautiful finesse and elegance.
