CHEMINS DE L'ARKOSE

Yvan Bernard established his estate in 2001 in the commune of Montpeyroux in the Puy-de-Dôme region. Managed according to biodynamic principles since 2017, the estate now spans 10 hectares, fragmented across several sectors between the limestones of Blanzat, the basalt of Corent, and the decomposed granite of Montpeyroux. On these diverse terroirs, Yvan cultivates the renowned Gamay d'Auvergne, Pinot Noir, Syrah, as well as Chardonnay and Aligoté, and soon Savagnin. The wines are low in sulfites or even unsulfited, aged in various containers: stainless steel tanks, old barrels, or amphorae. Beautiful emotions in the land of the Puys.
