CLOS LARROUYAT

Clos Larrouyat is a small, 3-hectare estate founded in 2011 by Maxime and Lucie Salharang. Situated in the Jurançon appellation, the estate lies in the "Haut de Gan" sector, where the terroir is distinct within the region, characterised by Triassic limestone soils. Managed according to biodynamic principles, Clos Larrouyat focuses on expressing the unique tension, minerality, and salinity inherent to its exceptional location in every wine it produces.
