It was in the early 2000s that Guy CAPMARTIN turned to Organic Agriculture for his entire farm, and a few years later, with Simon, his son who had joined the estate, decided to claim their work by applying for the AB label. Eager to increase the quality of their production, they opened themselves to biodynamic practices, but also to the production of new cuvées with no added sulfur!
