Sébastien Coustarret tends the family vineyard, which has been passed down through seven generations. The estate is nestled in lush greenery on the hillsides of Lasseube, at an altitude of 380 metres, facing the stunning Pyrenees mountain range.

Guided by the knowledge of his ancestors and a deep passion for his craft, Sébastien strives to highlight the unique character of the Jurançon grape varieties. Indeed, the balance between sweetness, freshness, and alcohol gives rise to wines of elegance and distinction.

Through rigour, patience, and careful observation, the vines are able to yield the finest fruit; bursting with rare flavours and expression.
