DOMAINE DE LA TABLE ROUGE
Here are our happy winegrower-gardeners in Touraine, at Domaine de la Table Rouge! In the middle of vineyards, lavender, an orchard, a vegetable garden, and flowering fallow land, four micro-plots are ploughed by five draft horses! No tractors in the vineyards, all vineyard work is carefully done by hand, the grapes are nurtured in barrels at the back of a tuffeau cellar. The wines are complex, elegant, and delight us with their superb minerality.
