Michel Maestrojuan, an agronomist and oenologist by training, traveled to beautiful estates in Burgundy, the Loire, and also abroad, immersing himself in different daily routines and different ways of working... The time came to return to his roots, and he returned to the family vineyard with the goal of converting to Organic Agriculture and natural winemaking that produce elegant, refined wines with an undeniable Gers character!
The Maestrojuan family has also traditionally always distilled a small part of their harvest for aging in Armagnac foudres. Each year, a few bottles of blended and vintage Armagnacs are bottled. The alcohol content is always close to its natural degree. It is a small-scale, artisanal production of excellent quality! See the range of Armagnacs.
