Domaine Ilarria in the AOC Irouléguy appellation is located in the Valleys of St Jean Pied de Port and Baigorry. Established on 10 hectares of vineyards for several generations, the estate is one of the organic pioneers of the appellation. Peio was born in his house and feels he belongs to his land. He loves to observe and spend time in his vineyard and cultivate grapes. Everything is complementary and balanced according to him. Always with the aim of working with nature, he draws inspiration from the principles of the Japanese farmer and microbiologist Masanobu Fukuoka. The wines are made as naturally as possible, following his vision to the end.
