DOMAINE LATAPY
Irène Guilhendou is one of the committed figures of the appellation and a woman of strong character! After several generations of her family working polyculture on this estate, she settled there in 1996 and today cultivates 4.8 hectares in the extreme southeast of the appellation, on a magnificent terroir: a rocky limestone ridge. The oldest plots date back to 1935. Highly involved in organic farming, biodiversity, and humanity in general, Irène is a woman who never lacks projects and desires for the future. Soon, she plans to replant a beautiful and ancient, very steep plot.
