Another woman in the vineyards at Domaine Salisquet in the Buzet appellation, with Audrey Chassenard and her 10 hectares converted to organic farming as soon as she arrived… fifteen years ago. In 2010, the first vinification will take place, a rebirth of the vines planted by her grandfather René! Audrey's childhood and her work experience in the vineyards always convinced her that agriculture had to respect nature's rhythms to produce wines fresher and more sensual than ever, while breaking free from the grip of the Bordeaux style… so hats off to her!
