FORT Etienne
Etienne Fort settled down when he was barely 25 years old, more than 10 years ago (in 2011)! The opportunity arose to work his father's vines, which he used to take to the cooperative cellar. What a good idea it was for him to dare to take the plunge! Because his wines are truly excellent! These are 10 hectares of vineyards located very close to Roquetaillade in the Limoux appellation area. From the very beginning, the organic conviction was strong: conversion of the vineyard, preservation of old Mauzac vines, planting of hedges to promote biodiversity. All his cuvées have a pronounced saline framework and a precision in the finesse of the aromatics.
