Georges Rémy cultivates 4.5 hectares in Bouzy on the Montagne de Reims, with plots in Bouzy, Ambonnay (Grand Cru), and Tauxières and Louvois (Premier Cru). He produces Grand Cru and Premier Cru Champagnes using organic farming methods.

He is one of today's most brilliant winemakers in Champagne. Based in Bouzy, a village renowned for its Pinot Noirs, he crafts remarkable Champagnes of complexity and Bouzy Coteau Champenois red wines that combine delicacy and expressiveness. Georges Remy pays great attention to soil and vine work. His soils have been plowed since 2012. Benoît Lahaye, also a remarkable winemaker in Bouzy, provided Georges with a lot of advice and experience when he started!
