GROSPERRIN

The Grosperrin family story began in 1981 when Jean Grosperrin started a mobile distillation workshop. With three stills, he went from one distillery to another to distill the fruits during the winter. In 1991, he became a rural broker for Cognac, traveling to the most remote areas of the appellation. He sought out small farms and the rarest cognac batches. Frustrated to see exceptional batches go into giant blends, Jean bought a few barrels of old cognacs and bottled them himself. Each bottle tells its own story, and its age is specified. In 1999, the story of Grosperrin Cognacs began. Since 2004, Guilhem Grosperrin has taken over from his father and continues to enrich the cellars with exceptional cognacs.
