GUIMARO

The Pedro Guímaro wine estate is located in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia, on granite soils rich in quartz, iron, and mica. Since 2010, Pedro has been developing an ambitious project to revive indigenous grape varieties. He planted traditional local grapes such as Mencía, Caiño Tinto, Merenzao, Brancellao, and Sousón, with the goal of showcasing the full character and uniqueness of this exceptional terroir.
