Jean-Marc Vilboux is a winemaker in the Frontonnais region, north of Haute-Garonne and not far from Toulouse. His establishment is recent and follows several years of meetings and tastings with wine merchants and "organic natural" winemakers. To these were added harvests at Domaine Plaisance (Penavayre family) with whom he remained very close. It was therefore in 2019 that he took over 4 hectares of vines on lease. From the outset, he decided to manage his vineyard organically and biodynamically. Lacking a cellar for winemaking, he began by selling his grapes on the vine to winemakers and a brewer in Paris. A rich experience that led him to resign from his job in 2021 to dedicate himself fully to winemaking. When he set up, he expanded his vineyard by one hectare and acquired premises for winemaking. The grape varieties consist of Gamay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Négrette, and Jurançon Noir.![]()
