JONATHAN MAUNOURY
Jonathan Maunoury comes from a family that loves good wine, but it was only after a stressful professional life that he no longer wanted that he decided to definitively train in viticulture. From research to research, he settled in the beautiful area of Saumur-Puy-Notre Dame and began making wine in 2017. It's a hill with magnificent tuffeau soils, highly sought after for their minerality, and where more and more young winemakers are settling. Wines to watch!
