La Bouche is a low-temperature distillery. Inspired by gourmet cuisine and sous-vide cooking. With their Rotavap, they have a still with an almost total vacuum. This process allows them to infuse botanicals at less than 40°C to preserve the freshness of the flavors. Each botanical is distilled separately. Behind this distillery are Stéphane Allender and Françoise Abad.
