We are in the south, on the edge of the Cévennes, on the banks of the Gardon d'Anduze, not far from the splendid city of Uzès! This is a certified organic/historic estate, as its certification dates back to 1979 and sulfur-free winemaking since 1987! Louis Julian, on his 33 hectares, is a true farmer, as he also grows vegetables, raises poultry and pigs, almost self-sufficiently, producing his own wheat and other crops... with his two sons now at the helm.
