At Ollier Taillefer, history runs in the family. As 5th generation winemakers, Luc and Françoise continue the legacy, tending to 36 hectares of vines on the Faugères schists. Located in the commune of Fos and determined to showcase their terroir, organic farming as a calling, and virtuous vineyard work allow them to produce wines of character and pleasure.
