PAULINE BROQUA

Pauline Broqua first worked as a sommelier in Toulouse (already natural wine...) but the desire to work in the vineyards was stronger! She headed to Banyuls in Roussillon where she worked at Domaine Yoyo, then to Aveyron with Nicolas Carmarans where Pauline perfected her apprenticeship. She took the plunge and settled in 2018 in Aveyron, more precisely in Entraygues sur Truyère. She is now flying solo: 2 hectares of vines initially and then 7 since 2019... A talent to watch!
