PECH D' ANDRE

Le Pech D’André is a 28-hectare family estate in Minervois, established in 1701 and farmed without chemicals since 1966. It received AB organic certification in 2010 and "Vin Méthode Nature" certification (meaning no sulfites) in 2019. Philippe Lelong and Mireille Remaury seek the freshest and most authentic expression of each grape variety: no over-ripeness, no carbonic maceration, no aging in new oak barrels, and no inputs.
