Pépin is the organic grape purchasing branch of the Achillée estate in Scherwiller... a participant in liberation, an ally, a resistor. Our civilization was founded on a product of the earth, natural wine. Throughout history, it has always been produced by artisans, revealing terroirs and tastes, working living soils, hand-harvesting their grapes and vinifying them without additives. Wine was healthy, regularly consumed, a balance in our society as well as in our agricultural landscape.
