SAUTA ROC
Created in 2016 by the young couple Laura Borreli and Bertrand Querne, Sauta Roc is located very close to Pézenas. They gained experience in vineyards in Tuscany before finding their perfect fit, the former Rocaudy estate. These 9 hectares of beautiful, varied terroirs—limestone, schist, alluvium—finally allowed them to explore their winemaking instincts and create beautiful, personal wines. The vineyard is meticulously cared for, and the winemaking process is as natural as possible. The wines are honest, fresh, and full of personality.
