THOMAS CHANY
During the week, Thomas Chany works in the vineyards of Domaine des Eminades. On weekends, he tends to his small hectare of vines. At the end of his agronomy studies, his parents entrusted him with one hectare to cultivate his passion. Since 2017, he has lovingly cared for his small vineyard, working the soil and crafting his beautiful "Mangourass" cuvée. Vinified in whole bunches in tanks, then aged in 1/3 new oak barrels, this Carignan charms us with its finesse and great freshness.
