Tasting notes: A deep ruby color, with a complex nose ranging from black cherry and blackberry to spices (pepper). The palate is rich and powerful, with great length.

🍷 Serving temperature: 16-17°C, with decanting for one to two hours

The Rémi Jalliet estate is located in Villesèque-des-Corbières. Originally from Paris, Rémi acquired this 6.5-hectare estate in 2006. From the outset, he has practiced agriculture aimed at revealing this complex clay-limestone terroir, composed of variegated marls, dolomite, and marl-sandstone formations from very different geological periods.
The altitude, ranging between 400 and 700 meters, gives the wines a beautiful character and freshness. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks and in a few barrels that have already held several wines. The wines are neither filtered nor fined.
