CUL SEC Souris sous la Rhubarbe 2025 75cl Beverage <0.5% Alcohol-Free (NL) Rosé
Grape variety: Bacchus
Development : Rich in earthy and floral notes of rhubarb, lightly sparkling and dry. Made from Bacchus grapes and oak-aged grape must, lacto-fermented tomatoes , and fresh rhubarb juice. Aromatic blackcurrant leaf tincture and aronia berries.
Tasting: Thanks to the German Bacchus grape variety, Raspberry Red offers a refreshing aperitif . Warm infusions in old oak barrels impart tannins , while blackcurrant leaves contribute a green fruit flavor. But it's not just berry leaves that make up this wine: you'll also find aronia, adding a touch of tartness. A lacto-fermented tomato adds umami and a peppery note, a pleasant contrast to the sweet rhubarb. A mouse under the rhubarb, a drinker who'll gulp it down in one go!
