Jean-Pascal Buronfosse settled in Rotalier in the 2000s. Convinced of their desire to produce the most natural wines possible, they surrounded themselves with some truly remarkable winemakers, such as Jean-François Ganevat and Julien Labet, to support them in their early days. The small estate comprises approximately 4 hectares, all organically farmed, and offers several single-vineyard wines that reflect character, purity, and minerality. A rising star, offering excellent value for money, this Jura vineyard is more popular than ever.
