Vinification/Aging: Manual harvest, Unfiltered, Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, indigenous yeasts. Aged in tanks.
Tasting Notes: Intense, ruby reflections, dark color. Aromatic, powerful without being heavy, aromas of violet, jammy fruit aromas, black fruits, prune, black pepper and licorice. Fleshy with firm tannins but with a supple and digestible fluidity!
