DOMAINE DUPASQUIER Mondeuse 2022 Savoie 75cl Red

Tasting notes: A crunchy, supple cuvée, fruit-forward with a subtle spicy note. A gastronomic wine driven by freshness, offering an unpretentious introduction to this Savoyard grape variety
🍷 Serving temperature: 16 °C.
Located in the commune of Jongieux in Savoie, the Dupasquier family runs the eponymous estate, which spans 14 hectares of impressively steep slopes. Advocates of long ageing in foudres, David and Véronique Dupasquier release their wines only after several months or even years of bottle ageing. A true classic!
