Domaine Matassa is an organic, biodynamic, and natural winery located in Espira-de-l’Agly in the Agly valley of Roussillon, France. Founded in the early 2000s by Tom Lubbe, originally from New Zealand and raised in South Africa. He embraces natural viticultural practices and minimal use of added sulfites, producing expressive red and white wines that truly reflect the unique mineral and fruity character of its terroir.
