WARNING: SPICY. But not too much - just incredibly good with just about anything.

Preparation/Tasting : Hot hot Hot sauce; Madame Jeanette chilies and ginger pulp from Madame Gember 's vats at Roze Bunker are transformed into a spicy, floral, and expressive sauce. We put it everywhere, but it's especially delicious with potatoes, tacos, on a cheese sandwich, or incorporated into a vegetable stew.

Ingredients : Water, Madame Jeanette chili (12%), ginger (9%), elderflower vinegar, orange peel, ornamental Japanese quince, sugar, lime peel, rawit chili , turmeric, basil, lime leaf, salt.

Ingredients :

3 servings of Salt Marsh Peat
1 portion of honey
1 share from Mrs. Gember
1 part lemon juice
A few drops of Madame Gember hot sauce (optional)

Preparation :

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
Add some ice cubes
Shake vigorously
Filter twice (double strain ) and serve
