He is considered one of Champagne’s most talented growers. Based in Bouzy, a village renowned for its Pinot Noir, he crafts Champagnes of remarkable complexity and expressive, delicate Coteaux Champenois reds. Georges Rémy takes great care in vineyard and soil management; his soils have been ploughed since 2012.
