GUILLAUME NOIRE ELEMENTS Cf 2021 VdF (Anjou) 75cl Red
Grape variety: Cabernet Franc – no added sulphites – 12%
Tasting notes: A nose of crushed ripe fresh fruit. A truly well-balanced wine - pure, natural juice from a vintage with tiny yields, giving it beautiful density as well!
🍷 A natural wine with a touch of frizzante – recommend decanting for 30 minutes before serving.
Guillaume Noire is based in Rablay-sur-Layon, where he produced his first vintage in 2017. His approach is rooted in traditional, rural values and deep respect for nature. Just grapes – and nothing but grapes – grown without herbicides or pesticides, then vinified without any additives, apart from a minuscule dose of sulphur (SO₂) if absolutely necessary!
