We’re in the south of France, on the edge of the Cévennes, along the Gardon d’Anduze river, not far from the beautiful town of Uzès. This is one of the region’s historic organic estates, certified since 1979, and producing sulphur-free wines since 1987! On 33 hectares, Louis Julian is a true paysan, also growing vegetables, raising poultry and pigs, and nearly self-sufficient thanks to his wheat and other crops, now joined by his two sons, who have taken over the reins.
