🍷 Serving temperature: 9-10 °C
Les Terres Bariolées was founded in 2022 by Edoardo Veltroni and Claire Freist, who met while working in some of Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations.
The domaine farms 5 hectares of vineyards, all located around the village of Chalus, at around 600 metres altitude, south of Issoire near Boudes.
Plantings include Chardonnay, Chardonnay Muscaté, Gamay and Pinot Noir, with Syrah and Aligoté currently planted or planned.
The vines are cultivated organically, with inspiration drawn from biodynamic practices. In the cellar, vinifications are carried out without additives, and the wines are most often bottled without added sulphur.
