MOULINES Cigales 2023 IGP Hérault 75cl Red
Grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache & Marselan
Tasting notes: Fragrant and warm Grenache blends beautifully with Syrah in this Côtes-du-Rhône-style wine, lifted by the freshness typical of coastal-influenced terroirs. It's the perfect companion for relaxed meals with friends, great with poultry, charcuterie, or even slightly chilled on a warm summer evening.
🍷 Serving temperature: 14–15°C
Domaine de Moulines, located between Montpellier and Nîmes, is a family estate run for five generations. Spread over fifty hectares of clay-limestone soils influenced by the Mediterranean, it produces a charming range of honest, approachable wines — from fresh and expressive single-varietals (Viognier, Chardonnay, Merlot…) to more structured, oak-aged cuvées, as well as their “Gris de Gris” rosés from the sandy soils of the Camargue. The estate is farmed sustainably, with careful soil work, night harvesting, and a winemaking approach that preserves freshness. A discreet but highly reliable domaine, perfect for summer apéros or relaxed meals with friends.
