In 2022, after two initial "test" campaigns using organic corn from Italy, the goal of using 100% Corsican corn was achieved. The island's specific characteristics are ideal for corn cultivation, and contrary to popular belief, this grain requires less water than others, particularly wheat and barley. Since 2020, the distillery has been working with a farmer in Cervione, a village on the eastern plain, on an organic corn production dedicated to the making of Single Corn P&M. Corn whisky, or Corn Whisky, aims to be more approachable than most whiskies. Easy to drink thanks to its smooth mouthfeel and sweet, vanilla flavor, it can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
