Tasting notes: An intensely fruity wine with irresistible drinkability. The finish is vibrant and mouthwatering; no wonder the estate bottles it exclusively in litre format!
In the village of Eguisheim, the name Ginglinger has been associated with wine since 1610; 13 generations of winemakers. Michel took over from his father in 2000, and today he and his wife farm 13 hectares of Alsatian varieties. The vineyards lie between 220 and 340 metres above sea level, with mainly east and southeast exposures, including plots on the prestigious Grand Crus Eichberg and Pfersigberg. Their work is guided by intelligence, care, and deep respect for the surrounding ecosystem.
