A delicate elderflower liqueur, without artifice, lightly sweetened and with a dazzling freshness! Crafted from elderflowers from the South-West, freshly picked and then distilled to capture all the finesse and purity of their aromas.
An intense and elegant floral nose, immediately evoking fresh elderflower, lychee, rose notes, and subtle hints of lavender. On the palate, slightly honeyed touches, reminiscent of acacia, and subtly fruity notes offer a harmonious balance between floral freshness and delicate roundness. The finish is ethereal, finely fragrant, with a light and persistent sensation, without any heaviness thanks to perfectly controlled sweetness.

"Ura Spirits" combines "ura" (water, in Basque), a symbol of freshness, and "spirits" (in English). The idea evokes a invigorating and authentic eau-de-vie, rooted in a strong local identity.

All spirits are produced from organic wheat alcohol, and the reduction of % vol alc is carried out with mineral water from the Pyrénées, on the Ariège side at the foot of Montcalm.
