New Arrivals
A big wave has reached us from the southern Rhône Valley! Our darlings from Vaucluse are back! Domaine Charvin in Orange, La Ferme Saint Martin in Suzette, La Roche Buissière in Faucon, winemakers who work as naturally as possible and produce authentic cuvées. Note a few magnums of Charvin's Côtes-du-Rhône 2017... of remarkable finesse!
A new arrival, Domaine de l'Agramante in Sabran, Gard... Discover 2 sparkling cuvées, Ciaülà and M'arricriu, naturally worked by Carlo la Rocca on his small 4-hectare vineyard!
Other newcomers are appearing at the Cave from the Loire region... the Cabernet-Francs from Claire et Florent Bejon are worth discovering! Located in Chinon, they work with single-vineyard vinifications as naturally as possible, depending on the vintage. Also in the Loire, the new vintages of Aurélien Revillot are back! Settled in Restigné in the Bourgueil appellation since 2018, he vinifies beautiful cuvées with very little intervention, combining minerality and delicacy! It's also the return of the talented Séverin Barioz from Domaine Face B in the famous village of Calce in Roussillon... new vintages but also new cuvées like Dièse, a red true to its fine and digestible style, and his pretty rosé cuvée Thilda!
Finally, Domaine Entras, a great classic of the Cellar for some years now... Michel Maestrojuan converted the family vineyard to organic and produces very beautiful cuvées, some more classic, some more original in jars, all with a strong character. His very beautiful cuvée Lo Ceù has been making a name for itself recently, where minerality and precision make it a remarkable white wine for gastronomy or ageing.
