- The Domaine du Mascareil, has been David Château's adventure since 2018. On 6 hectares of red and yellow clays, mixed with rolled pebbles, typical of the Aspres terroir. Nestled at 300 meters, surrounded by the Mediterranean, the Corbières and Canigou, David highlights local grape varieties: Grenache Noir, Blanc or Gris, and the famous Carignan Noir, a grape variety long shunned for its temperamental and rustic nature, but which can be magnificent when treated with care. Let yourself be captivated by these Roussillon juices imbued with a strong character.
- A few kilometers from the bustling city of Barcelona, immerse yourself in the Penedès landscape. At the heart of the family farm Vinyes Singulars, Ignasi Segui works the vines in the most natural way possible. Vines cared for without chemicals, winemaking that leaves inputs at the cellar door, allowing the local grape varieties to express themselves as sincerely as possible. Come and discover Sumoll Noir and Blanc, Parellada, Xarel-lo, Malvasia de Sitges for a truly exotic Bacchic journey!!

Dive into the completely wild world of these Basque breweries, located on both sides of the Pyrenees. Astonishing, dazzling recipes, often well-hopped, in cans whose aesthetics catch the eye (well, we admit sometimes it's kitsch but always fun).
Whether it's La Superbe in Anglet, Gross in San Sebastian, or Basqueland in Hernani, the intention is the same. Beers that are often well-hopped, always well-balanced, between controlled bitterness and rather robust lagers, the worlds of these breweries are constantly evolving and effervescent. The hardest part is keeping up; the easiest is listening to the "Pschitt", pouring it into a nice tasting glass, savoring the beautiful foam, and enjoying it slightly chilled but not ice-cold....
