Fritz-Schmitt, Ottrott at the heart
A new Alsatian domain at Cave du Palais, the Fritz-Schmitt domain is established in the Ottrott area, renowned for its Pinot Noirs since the 12th century, when Benedictine monks from Burgundy decided to propagate the good grape a little further north. On these iron-rich terroirs, this red grape variety has taken the lion's share, so much so that Ottrott is the only village in the appellation to produce only reds from fine Pinot Noir. Despite this specific characteristic, the Fritz-Schmitt family also produces beautiful, typically Alsatian whites, such as Riesling or Auxerrois, respecting nature and local winemaking tradition. At Fritz-Schmitt, it's Ottrott first, then at a gallop, at a gallop, at a gallop...!!!
At Domaine Saint-Clément, a new look Pic Saint Loup
At the foot of Pic-Saint-Loup, in the melodious commune of Saint-Clément-de-Rivière, Domaine Saint-Clément is the dream of one man, Henri Barnabé. A retired nurseryman, he decided to revive the domain in 2013, betting on grape varieties that are incongruous in the region, a result of his many travels around the world. Portuguese Touriga Nacional, Corsican Niellucciu, Bordeaux Merlot and Petit Verdot, as well as Savagnin and Chardonnay are therefore pampered with the aim of responding as naturally as possible to climate change. The cuvées are deep but not ostentatious, developing a harmonious tannin grain and a charming mouthfeel. To be followed closely!!
Domaine Jean Daugé, Gers land of great wines
In Courrensan, near Eauze, Sebastien Fezas cultivates local and more expansive grape varieties on his 30 hectares located on a clay-limestone base. Highly sought after by winemakers in search of very high-quality grapes for their trade, Sébastien also offers his own vision through cuvées full of emotion. Invigorating Colombard, salivating Petit Manseng, Chardonnay sous voile or Pet Nat de Tannat, Seb's wines have that hint of life that invigorates, between sharing wines and gastronomic wines, you will be, we know, conquered. Seb Fezasss is class!!

A little digestive break by the fire with the range of herbal teas coming directly from the Pères Chartreux. Delicious infusions with, of course, all the inherent virtues of the Pères Chartreux products: Respiratory, Digestive, Recovery or Sleep, everyone will find something for them.
