Ah Laguiole, ah Aubrac, lands of cheese, cows, fine blades... and whiskies. A region of high-altitude peat bogs, Aubrac saw the crazy project of 12 enthusiasts who decided in 2014 to produce their own whisky on these moors, reminiscent of the rugged landscapes of northern Great Britain. Twelve is a distinguished distillery projecting a certain idea of Aveyron excellence. Still master, cask breeder, balancing blender, Twelve offers sophisticated whiskies and complex rums that will delight discerning palates.
